PLEASE WAIT …
to be SEATED is a young Danish design company founded in 2014 by Thomas Ibsen. The idea was quite clear from the beginning, they wanted to build a great design brand, based on passion for shapes, architecture, and legacy of the previous Danish masters.
When asked why the company name is PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED the answer is that their name sums up who they are. Polite people with a keen interest in seating and interior, with a sense of humor and both feet firmly on the ground. At least so far.
You’ll be thinking of them the next time you find yourself waiting for a table in a restaurant and see the sign.
